(In no particular order)

Xenon 2: Megablast (PC)
Bobby Is Going Home (Atari 2600) - soundtrack is so apt considering the overly cute factor of the game
Zero Wing (Mega Drive) - I'll happily play that first level over and over to see the intro and hear the first level music
Double Dragon (Arcade)
Pitfall II (Atari 2600) - the minor key change when you die is so appropriate
Spy Vs Spy (Atari 800XL) - The music is so manic, suits the game well
Lemmings (PC)
X Men 2: Clone Wars (Mega Drive) - in particular the level when the building is exploding and you are escaping, the sirens incorporated into it makes it awesome
Cookie Monster Crunch (Atari 2600)
Tetris (various versions that have music)

My favourite music from video game is Probably SingStar, Guitar Hero and Donkey Konga! LOL
